Police Nab Shoplifters at CVS and Walmart

The following excerpts are from reports in the Danvers Police Department press log from Nov. 13-14.

Wednesday, Nov. 13

• 5:03 p.m. Report of a two-car accident with injuries at the corner of Maple and Vineyard streets.
• 5:39 p.m. John Keegan, 34, of Saugus, was arrested, following a report of a shoplifter at the CVS in Danvers Square. He was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise (third offense). Brittany Sarni, 23, of Saugus, was also arrested.

Thursday, Nov. 14

• 2:43 p.m. Nicole Denning, 33, of 1803 Hollow Tree Ct., Peabody, was arrested, following a report of a person trying to fraudulently return merchandise at Walmart. She was charged with shoplifting by asportation. Joshua McGann, 24, of Stoneham, was also arrested on the same charge.
• 4:42 p.m. An Eden Glen Avenue reported a larceny.
