Person Drives Off Route 1, Lands On Route 62
The driver suffered life-threatening injuries, police said.
DANVERS, MA — A person suffered life-threatening injuries when a car they were driving drove off Route 1 and landed below a bridge on Route 62. State Police said the victim was brought to Lahey Hospital in Burlington.
Police believe the victim was driving on Route 1 South when the car drove off the highway and down a slope onto Route 62.
All lanes have reopened.
