Thefts, Person Chasing Dog in Traffic and Rabbit Stuck in a Fence

The following excerpts are from reports in the Danvers Police Department press log from Jan. 12-13.

Sunday, Jan. 12

  • 6:01 p.m. Report of a disorderly 17-year-old male who was out of control at Lahey Behavioral Health Services on Middleton Road.
  • 6:45 p.m. A caller reported a person was chasing a dog in traffic on Elliott Street.
  • 8:23 p.m. A caller reported an erratic operator on Sylvan Street -- a maroon pickup truck that was all over the road.
  • 8:33 p.m. A calle reported a large pot hole on Route 1 South.

Monday, Jan. 13

  • 7 a.m. A caller reported a rabbit was stuck in a fence on Venice Street. The animal control officer was notified.
  • 9:15 a.m. Report of a larceny involving a Bobcat door at a building on Conifer Hill Drive.
  • 10:25 a.m. Report of a larceny of a laptop and other items at a home on Route 114.
  • 3:30 p.m. Report of a larceny at Target.
  • 3:33 p.m. Report of credit card fraud at Target.
  • 4:48 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Liberty Street.
