DEDHAM, MA — There was quite a bit of moving around in Dedham this year. Newcomers arrived and some longtime residents bounced from one home to another.

We compiled the five priciest home sales around town in 2017, courtesy of realtor.com. Realtor's sold homes only go back to the summer, so this isn't a definitive list of the most expensive sales this year in Dedham. But it's a good barometer of high end of the Dedham housing market, at least in the latter half of the 2017.
