Annual Town Spelling Bee Will Be on Apr. 5

The Annual Town Spelling Bee will be held Friday, April 5, at the Dedham Middle School, starting at 6:00pm.  

Hosted by the Dedham Education Foundation, the Spelling Bee features teams from Avery, Greenlodge, Oakdale and Riverdale Elementary Schools and Dedham Middle School competing for the coveted title as the Dedham's Top Spellers.  

Once again, the event is sponsored in part by Dedham Institution for Savings, a longtime supporter of this event and a partner of the Dedham Education Foundation.  

The evening will include raffles, refreshments and a chance to cheer on our students as they battle the clock, their nerves and a list of words no adult would even think of taking on.
