NSTAR Power Outage for Dedham Square Rescheduled for Feb. 25

The following information was sent from the Dedham Square Improvement Project team.

NSTAR will have to shut down power to Dedham Square and other areas just outlying the square to switch the overhead utility lines on High Street from the existing poles to the new poles located in front of the Keystone Parking Lot retaining wall.

This work is scheduled to start at 6 p.m., Monday Feb. 25 and go until 6 a.m., Tuesday Feb. 26.

During this time you may experience service interruptions for all or part of the time listed. Your electrical service may also go on and off until the specified end time.

NSTAR will do their best to adhere to this schedule, however at times it may be necessary to reschedule work due to unforseen circumstances.

In those situations, NSTAR will make every effort to inform you by sending you another notice or call with a new time.

For those of you who did not receive a notice or phone call, you service is not anticipated to be effected by the temporary shut down. Please call NSTAR at 800-592-2000 should you have any questions.
