Over the last 14 years, Cailen has spent her career as a special educator in Boston Public Schools, working at both the school level and the district level. She currently works in an administrative role, supporting school-based budget decisions and resource allocation while also working directly with students, teachers, and families.
Cailen’s vision for Dedham Public Schools is one where all children are supported; where academic, social, and emotional growth is at the forefront of policy and budget; and where decisions are made collaboratively with families and caregivers.
