Dedham Basketball Teams Make Postseason Tournaments
The boys' team has the ninth seed while the girls are ranked 13th.
DEDHAM, MA — It's tournament time for high school sports in Massachusetts and the Dedham High Schools basketball teams have earned a shot to compete for postseason glory.
The Marauders have been awarded the ninth seed in the Division 3 South boys' tournament and will start postseason play at No. 8 Monomoy Feb. 27 at 6:30 p.m. The winner will play top-seeded Apponequet in the quarterfinal round.
In the girls' bracket, the Marauders have been awarded the 13th seed and will travel to fourth-ranked Archbishop Williams for a Feb. 28 first round showdown at 6:30 p.m.. The winner moves on to a quarterfinal round game against the winner of No. 5 East Bridgewater vs. No. 12 Madison Park.
