Dedham Middle School Class Visits Costa Rica

21 7th and 8th graders from Dedham Middle School's Spanish class were able to take an eight day trip to Costa Rica.

Some of the highlights included:

• Visiting Poás, an active volcano
• Swimming in hot springs at Arenal Volcano
• Zip lining and hiking through the Monteverde Cloud Forest
• Learning how to cook traditional Costa Rican food
• Learning two traditional Costa Rican dances
• Hiking in the rainforest
• And Visiting a Costa Rican school - the school is called La Escuela Lider Julieta de Parrita.
