Dedham Police Log: Medicare Scam, Malicious Damage and More
The following information was provided by the Dedham Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Monday, July 15
(7:46 a.m.) Malicious damage was done to a vehicle that was parked on Bayard Street. Â According to reports, it appeared that someone was trying to break into the car by removing the rubber trim around the driver side, but was unsuccessful. Â A report was filed.
(3:45 p.m.) The tire of a vehicle that was parked on Whitehall Street was slashed. Â A report was filed.
Tuesday, July 16
(3:55 p.m.) Â A Fairbanks Road resident was a victim of a Medicare scam. Â A report was filed.
Wednesday, July 17
(6:55 a.m.)  Dedham Police received a phone call that a motorcycle was stolen from Denmark Road.  A report was filed.
(11:19 p.m.) Â A bicycle was stolen from from the owner's backyard. Â A report was filed.
