Dedham Teen Has Strong Showing In First Boston Marathon

DEDHAM, MA — This year's Boston Marathon saw 26 Dedham, runners power through the 26.2-mile race all the way to the finish line. They're all heroes in our book, but the top finishers deserve a shout out.

Elissa Quinn, 36, was Dedham's fastest runner, finishing with a time of 3:41:31. The fastest man was Joe O'Connell, 31, who crossed the finish line after 3:54:41.
