Dedham Town Seeks Owner's Project Manager For Public Safety Building

The Town of Dedham's Building, Planning, and Construction Committee, acting as an agent for the Select Board, has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an Owner's Project Manager (OPM) to oversee multiple phases of the Public Safety Building construction project.

The project will include demolition of the existing Town Hall and Fire Station, construction of the new Public Safety Building with underground garage, and related improvements. The estimated cost of construction is $35 million with a phased construction schedule of 30 months.

The OPM will oversee, through all phases of the project, the functions of Project Management, Cost Management, Time Management, Contract Administration, and Quality and Safety Management as described in the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) Owners Project Manager Guidelines.
