Five Things You Need to Know: April 24, Try-on Contest, How to Pay for College and More

Today's Weather: Today there will be showers between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 69.  For tonight, more showers with a low around 46, according to The National Weather Service.

1.
