Free Concert at Paradise, Yoga Workshop and More Happening in Dedham This Weekend

Don't let the weather keep you inside, there's lots to do in town this weekend including a concert, free yoga workshop and a social justice presentation at St, Mary's.

Here's what's happening in Dedham this weekend!

1. The Dedham Retired Men's Club will have a meeting on Friday, Jan. 10 at 9:30 a.m.  The meeting will take place at the Endicott Estate in Dedham.

2. Paddy Mills will be performing live at Paradise Cafe, 565 High St. in Dedham, on Friday, Jan. 10 at 8:30 p.m.  The concert is free to attend.

3. Vision's HealthCare, 910 Washington St. in Dedham, will have a free Yoga Nidra Workshop on Saturday, Jan. 11 at 11 a.m.  This class is suitable for all ages, levels & abilities and is taught by Integrative Yoga Therapist, Alaine Amaral, BFA, RYT. Yoga mats and props will be provided.

4. St. Mary's Parish, 420 High St. in Dedham, will have a Social Justice Group event on Sunday, Jan. 12 at 2 p.m.  The event is entitled, "Human Trafficking, Hidden in Plain Sight," and will be presented by Peter DiMarzio, Victim Assistance Specialist with Homeland Security Investigations in Boston.
