Jill McDonald Named Executive Director of Traditions of Dedham

Traditions of Dedham offers the area’s finest independent, assisted, and memory care living to local seniors.

Ms. McDonald has 20 years of experience in operations and management, and 10 years of experience as an Executive Director within the assisted living industry. Prior to her employment with LCB, she served as Executive Director of Bridges by EPOCH in Mashpee, MA, leading the community to reach 100% occupancy in 17 months.

Independent Living residents at Traditions of Dedham have private apartments with a kitchenette and bath, along with the peace of mind of 24-hour security, three nutritious meals prepared and served on-site, available laundry and cleaning services, a full activities program, building and grounds maintenance, and a host of optional services. Assisted Living residents have all of the above, along with assistance with the activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, medication reminders, and other services.

The community also includes LCB’s renowned Reflections Memory Care services for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments. In addition to offering sophisticated cognitive programming and a range of daily services, Reflections is a secure, safe environment with its own common areas, walking courtyard, and other amenities. All programming was developed in collaboration with the Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital and Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
