The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine is administered as a 2-dose series, 28-42 days apart. This clinic is for those receiving their 1st Covid-19 Vaccine and is first come first serve. Clinic participation will be by appointment only – no exceptions. The 2nd dose will be offered through the Dedham Health Department for participants.
If you have already scheduled an appointment, please continue reading for important registration requirements and details for the upcoming Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic Day. Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic participation will be by appointment only – no exceptions.
Information and Directions for Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic Day: Please do not come to clinic if you or anyone in your household has had a recent exposure to a person with Covid-19 or if you or a household member are experiencing the following symptoms:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
Please arrive at your allotted time slot! Our goal is to schedule these appointments for a safe, efficient, and quick experience.
Please report to the front entrance of the Endicott Estate to the check-in station. After you have received the vaccine, you will be directed to the observation area. Please plan to stay for 15 mins after your appointment.
If you were unable to confirm an appointment but are interested in receiving a covid-19 vaccine, please visit Mass.gov for alternative locations throughout the State to receive the Covid-19 Vaccine.
