Mediterranean Restaurant At Legacy Place Has Grand Opening Friday

DEDHAM, MA — For those looking for Mediterranean food on the go, a new restaurant is opening up in Dedham this week.

Cava Mezze Grill, a Washington D.C.-based fast casual restaurant, announced plans to hold their grand opening for their Legacy Place location this Friday and a community day Thursday.

On Thursday, all meals between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. will be gratis, and CAVA will also take donations during Day to benefit local non-profit partner Future Chefs, which arms teens with skills needed to become the next generation of thriving culinary professionals, according to a press release.

CAVA Dedham will open with a menu featuring the brand’s Spring Menu, which includes: seasonal roasted vegetables of carrots, cauliflower, and yellow beets; a seasonal topping of sumac radishes; and lastly a new savory dressing - spicy lime tahini.

CAVA was founded in 2011. This is the company's second location in the Boston area.

CAVA will be open daily from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m.
