Planet Fitness Dedham Unveils Major Upgrades

Planet Fitness, one of the largest and fastest-growing franchisors and operators of fitness centers in the United States, announced Monday extensive renovations and equipment upgrades at its Dedham club, located at 695 Providence Highway in Dedham Plaza. To celebrate, now through Friday, Nov. 13, new members can join for just $10 down and then $10 a month.

Renovations to the Dedham club include refreshed locker rooms, 20 new 65 inch LED TVs, and cosmetic upgrades throughout. A new upscale Black Card spa area has been added offering amenities such as massage chairs, HydroMassage beds and salon-grade tanning booths and beds.

The Dedham Planet Fitness has also upgraded and expanded its strength and cardio equipment areas to provide a state-of-the-art fitness experience. New cardio equipment includes Cybex Arc Trainers and Life Fitness treadmills, elliptical trainers and all-new Step Mills. The club has also added several new features such as the Life Fitness multi-station cable towers and the PF-Synrgy360 multi-station functional training system.

The club is open and staffed Monday to Thursday from 5:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m., Friday 5:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m., and Saturday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.
