Presenters included Select Board Chair Dennis Teehan, Town Manager Leon Goodwin and Building, Planning & Construction Committee Chair Jim Sullivan, Police Chief Michael d’Entremont, and Fire Chief William Spillane. Representatives of the architect, project manager, and construction manager also participated.
The presentation covers the municipal campus concept, Town Hall history, project history, existing conditions at the current police and fire stations, four development options that were evaluated, project costs and funding, and the project timeline.
