Pure Barre Opens Dedham Location

DEDHAM, MA — Ballet-style fitness and workouts are coming to a new studio at Legacy Place in Dedham.

Pure Barre recently opened their Dedham location, their 17th in Massachusetts. The studio the latest part of Legacy Place's fitness portfolio which includes SoulCycle, Stil Studio and Peloton.

“Pure Barre is a pioneer in the fitness world and the studio is the perfect fit for the property, its health minded community and also the community that we’re fostering here. Legacy is unique in that we offer everything you need all in a few blocks – you can pop into one of our fitness destinations like Pure Barre, go for coffee at Caffé Nero after class and pick up dinner at Whole Foods on the way home, all without leaving the center,” said Jessica Reed, Legacy Place's marketing, said in a release.

On their website, Pure Barre describes their workout as "a total body workout that utilizes the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements, which burn fat, sculpt muscles and create long, lean physiques." Their first location opened in Birmingham, Michigan in 2001 and they have expanded nationally since.
