Snapped Poles, Tree Striking House Among Dedham Storm Damage
Most of the town remains with power as the storm makes its way through the area.
DEDHAM, MA — Like the rest of the area, Dedham was not spared from Friday's storm.
Photos from the Dedham Police Department showed telephone poles snapped in half, downed tree limbs, and even a large tree that fell and damaged two cars and a home.
The weather is supposed to let up by the overnight hours. Dedham is under a flood watch until 7 a.m. Saturday and a high wind warning until 10 a.m. Saturday.

Fewer than 60 homes are without power as of late Friday afternoon, according to the state's outage map.
