Town Of Dedham: Town Offices Closed Friday, 6/18, In Observance Of Juneteenth (Emancipation Day)

Town Hall and other municipal offices in Dedham will be closed on Friday, June 18, in observance of Juneteenth in the Commonwealth. In 2020, Governor Baker signed an amendment to designate June 19 as a holiday to commemorate the end of slavery in the United States, and provide an opportunity to reflect on the need to continue working toward racial justice. 

Because of Friday's holiday, Town Hall offices will close at 4:30 p.m. this week. On most weeks, Town Hall is open until 7 p.m. on Wednesdays.
