Turkey Roasting Class Held in Dedham This Weekend
Whole Foods in Dedham is giving customers a cooking lesson for the upcoming holidays.
Whole Foods at Legacy Place will host a turkey roasting class this weekend to prepare customers for Thanksgiving.
Turkey Roasting 101 will be held Sunday from 5-7 p.m. at the Dedham supermarket.
“Have no fear of turkey cookery any longer,” Legacy Place posted on its website. “This year, with a few of our simple tips and tricks, you’ll be trussing, roasting and basting your turkey to crispy-skinned, golden brown perfection. Don’t be surprised if your turkey becomes the talk of the town.”

The hands on class will give students a chance to taste roasted turkey, rich pan gravy and lemon and herb compound butter.
