WCVB, Boy Scout-Organized Food Drive Includes Dedham Drop-Off

WCVB-TV and the Boy Scouts of America will be holding a one-day food collection drive in Massachusetts later this week, with a donation drop-off location to be held in Dedham.

Area residents can drop off nonperishable items at Stop and Shop at 160 Providence Hwy in Dedham on Saturday, Nov. 8 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Local scouts are also planning to travel from door-to-door on Saturday to retrieve a “food bag” of donated items from families that received a hanger on their door earlier in the week.
