Yard House Manager Receives Company's Top Honor

Jane Bowie, General Manager of the Yard House, 200 Legacy Pl. in Dedham, was presented with the Joe R. Lee Diamond Club Award, the company’s top honor.

The award is given annually to General Managers throughout North America who demonstrate inspiring leadership while at the same time have top financial performance in the company’s previous fiscal year.

“Jane is a passionate leader who values every team member and guest,” Harald Herrmann, President of Yard House said. “She understands the importance of teamwork and is committed to providing each guest with the unique Yard House experience of combining great food, classic rock music and a specialty craft beer selection.”

Bowie believes that the award was possible because of the effort of her restaurant team.

“It’s an honor to be recognized with a Diamond Club Award, and this is truly the result of our entire team working together,” Bowie said. “When our restaurant team is happy, the guests see that and everything else falls into place.”
