48 Percent Of Dover Residents Received At Least One Vaccine Dose

Nearly 90 percent of Dover residents over age 75 have received both doses, according to the state's data.

DOVER, MA — More than 300 of Dedham's oldest residents have received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the state’s data. Nearly 30 percent of Dover residents as a whole are fully vaccinated, up from 25 percent last week.

Roughly 20 percent of the town's residents have received just the first dose. About seven in 10 residents ages 65 to 74 are fully vaccinated, and 15 percent in that age group have received just their first dose.

Dover reported 14 cases of coronavirus in the two weeks leading up to the state report released Thursday, placing it in the "green" zone.
