Dover-Sherborn Weekend Agenda: Free Parking, Meals on Two Wheels and More!
A selection of weekend events for Needham, Dover and Sherborn.

Anyone looking for a little love should head west--or whichever direction will get you to Westborough for the Super Singles Dance with 'Matty B.' They're welcoming singles aged 35 to 65 for a dinner buffet and a chance at door prizes. Dancing lesson starts at 7:30 p.m., dancing runs from 8 to midnight at the Indian Hills Country Club.
Paying for parking is less fun than getting it for free--right? Well, in that case, come out to Needham Center on Saturday, whereNeedham Patch and Plymouth Rock Insurance are picking up the parking tab--all of the street meters are on us. Saturday morning until noon, Patch staff--including me, editor Grahame Turner, will be there handing out swag.Â
Book Your Reservation ahead of the Sherborn Library's Campaign Kick-off Event on Saturday. The event runs from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Saturday at the library, and you can book online or at the circulation desk. Tickets are $50 each  ($35 for seniors).
There are only two wheels on (most) bicycles, but three different ways to use one to benefit the Needham Community Food Pantry during their 2013 Ride for Food day. You can donate food directly, volunteer to help during the ride, or sign up to ride. For more, call 781-444-2415, or visit Council website at www.needhamcommunitycouncil.org, or the bike ride website at  www.threesquaresne.org
For fans of fine living--at least on TV, Elm Bank in Wellesley is hosting a Downton Abbey-themed garden party fundraiser. Starting at 5:30 p.m., enjoy hors d'ouvres, a Pimm's Cup and other English delights while watching a cricket match and looking at some vintage cars. Tickets are $125 each.
