PLEASE CONSERVE WATER. The Massachusetts Dept. of Environmental Protection requires that all irrigation systems be turned off and only watering by hand-held hose or can between 5pm and 9 am is allowed. Please remember that all of Dover’s water ( private wells and Colonial Water) comes from only 2 aquifers. We all share water and should approach water conservation as a community responsibility.
