Officers Issue Criminal Summons to Walpole Street Driver

The Dover Police Department provided the following information. Patch prints all arrests. Charges do not indicate a conviction. 

Thursday, June 20

1:02 a.m.: Officers issued a criminal summons to a driver on Walpole Street for failure to submit a motor vehicle for inspection. A licensed operator drove the vehcile from the scene. 
3:28 p.m.: A Farm Street motorist reported driving behind a truck that lost its load on the roadway. The motorist drive over debris and received a flat tire. An officer was unable to locate the truck or the debris. 
6:37 p.m.: A caller reported he was using the lower meeting room in the library and accidently set the alarm off.
