Report of Fireworks Coming From Car

9:47 a.m.: A caller reported a black BMW that is operating erratically. Officers stopped the vehicle and the driver reported a fidgeting and causing the vehicle to operate erratically. 
9:43 p.m.: A resident reported dogs barking for the past 2 hours. An officer responded and reported the dogs were inside a home but he could hear the dogs from outside. The officer spoke with the homeowner. 
9:58 p.m.: A caller said he heard what sounded like fireworks or a gun shot. He later reported someone may have been traveling around in a vehicle and setting off fireworks. Officers responded with no results.
