Strange Smell in Yard; Suspicious Vehicle

9:55 a.m.: A caller said he smelled an ether odor outside which blew into the house. The homeowner believed the smell could have come from a plane passing overhead. An officer spoke to the caller, but the smell had dissipated. 
8 p.m.: A caller reported an unfamiliar car that has been parked across his house for two days. Officers investigated and determined it belongs to a neighbor. 
8:51 p.m.: On a routine check of Dover-Sherborn Regional High School, officers spoke with a man teaching his daughter how to drive in the parking lot.
