Suspicious Person Searches Dover Resident's Bushes

8:08 a.m.: A caller reported an erratic driver on Centre Street. Officers stopped the vehicle and reported the driver was lost. 
9:38 a.m.: A resident accidentally called 911 while attempting to dial 411. 
10 a.m.: A resident called reporting a car stopped on Tuesday night outside her home and searched the bushes in front of her house. Today, a red pickup truck occupied by a female picked up a passenger who came from beside the buses with a backpack, the caller added.
