Town Of Dover: Residents Encouraged To Contact Colonial Water Company Regarding Water Discoloration

7/1/21 UPDATE:  The Town is continuing to work with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, State Representative Denise Garlick, and Colonial Water Company (CWC) on the recent occurrence of water discoloration for residents whose water is supplied by CWC. Regular testing has indicated that there are no health or safety concerns related to the water quality, but the Town is encouraging residents to contact CWC at customerservice@colonialwatercompany.com to report any episodes of water discoloration so that the company can identify and troubleshoot the cause.
