Volunteers Needed For Water Resource Task Force In Town Of Dover

The Water Resource Task Force will consist of seven voting members, all appointed by the Board of Selectmen.

The Town of Dover is looking for volunteers to serve on the newly formed Water Resource Task Force (WRTF). The purpose of the WRTF is to evaluate Dover’s water sources, supply and consumption and to create a long-term strategic water plan for the Town to consider. The WRTF will work with Town Staff as well as subject matter experts to formulate the strategic plan. We are seeking citizens with professional experience and/or interest in water, sustainability matters, environmental law and land use. The WRTF will consist of seven voting members, all appointed by the Board of Selectmen. Member terms will be three years and the WRTF will meet monthly.
