Easton Boston Marathon Runners: Results, Winners

BOSTON, MA — The 2017 Boston Marathon Monday featured more than 30,000 runners and 16 of them are from Easton. Corey Pires, 21, was the fastest Easton runner with a time of 2 hours, 47 minutes and 36 seconds. Overall, Kenyan Geoffrey Kirui won the men's race with a time of 2 hours, 9 minutes and 37 seconds. Fellow Kenyan Edna Kiplagat won the women's race with a time of 2 hours, 21 minutes and 53 seconds. Both were running the Boston Marathon for the first time.
