The organization is currently looking for volunteers to help improve the lives and education of these children.
Volunteers work one-on-one with a student on homework and school projects for one or two times a week. Tutors are mentors and role models, giving the students someone to look up to. Anyone over the age of 18 is able to tutor. No prior tutor experience is needed.
Tutor Orientation Sessions start on August 14th and will continue until Sept. 23. Those interested in tutoring are able to sign up any time before the training ends.
