Easton Home Sales Up in March, Up Statewide
New data from the Warren Group shows that home sales in Easton increased last month.
Easton saw its home sales increase slightly in March, according to data released by real estate information firm The Warren Group,
According to the report, there was a increase in March sales in Norton from 9 in 2012 to 10 in 2013. Year to date sales were up from 25 in 2012 to 33 in 2013.
In Massachusetts, 3,214 homes sold in March 2013, slightly down over last year's 3,100 sales.

The median sale price in the state however, was went up 8.37% from $263,000 in March 2012 to $282,500 in March 2013
