Easton Man Charged With Cocaine Trafficking, Gun Crimes: Police
Easton police said Joseph Scott, 20, was charged with possession with intent to distribute several forms of drugs.

EASTON, MA — An investigation into drug trafficking out of a Holmes Street apartment led to an Easton man charged with weapons and drug crimes following a search warrant search on Friday.
Easton police said they, along with the Northern Bristol County Drug Task Force, seized cocaine, Ecstasy, THC, marijuana, Xanax, a gun and ammunition from the apartment during two warrant searches. Joseph Scott, 20, was charged with possession of a large capacity firearm during the commission of a felony, having an unsecured firearm, four counts of possession with intent to distribute the drugs and unlawful possession of ammunition.
Police said Scott was book at the Easton Police Department and taken to the Bristol County House of Correction. He is being held pending a dangerous hearing scheduled for July 27 at Taunton District Court.
