Easton's Brennan Williams Joins WWE
Easton native Brennan Williams, aka Marcellus Black, signed with the WWE after retiring from the NFL.
EASTON, MA — Easton's Brennan Williams is going from the gridiron to the ring.
Williams—who stands 6 feet, 7 inches and weighs 300 pounds, inked a deal with the WWE, the wrestling league announced Monday.
Williams, 25, is a former NFL offensive tackle who recently retired after stints with the Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars, and New England Patriots. In October, he started training with wrestler Booker T and made his debut as "Marcellus Black" earlier this year in Houston. Williams has a black belt in taekwondo.

Williams attended Catholic Memorial School in West Roxbury and played football at the University of North Carolina. He was selected by the Texans in the third round of the 2013 NFL draft.
