Rapidly growing human services company in Easton, MA is urgently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their call center. This customer service representative (CRS) will be responsible for providing service and support for multiple clients. As a customer service representative you will work in a fast paced, high volume call center and field callers questions about our client's products and services. This customer service representative should have experience taking inbound inquiries and concerns via telephone and e-mail in a fast-paced, call center environment as well as have the ability to troubleshoots potential problems with billing inquiries, order status and service agreements. Easton - Accountemps - $13.46-$15.59/Hour
Our South Shore Client is looking for an experienced FHA mortgage processor. The mortgage processor must have advanced FHA knowledge and have experience processing those loans. This is a temporary to hire position and the candidate must have 3+ years of prior processing experience. Position is seasonal.
Easton - $90,000-$100,000/Year
To have full responsibility for the manufacture of all products and projects.
To specifically lead and direct the manufacturing operations in the ASME code/ tank/ and pressure vessel area.
The Plant Manager’s targets include a minimum OTD of 98%, reductions in rework and reject levels and managing inventory levels of RM, WIP and FG in line with budgeted levels.
To work with customers, internal resources, and outside agencies on quality, product development and business development initiatives.
To quantify, lead and drive a continuous improvement approach to all manufacturing areas with a view to improving the Gross Margin of all products and working in partnership with the company’s Manufacturing Engineer on:
a) Lean
b) 5S
c) Elimination of waste (Muda)
d) Value stream mapping
e) Quality (process control) and ISO 9000 maintenance.
f) Planned plant maintenance.
- To introduce statistical process control methods to the product lines, where applicable, particularly on Critical components, to enable the measure of process capability and consistency. These factors to be used as Quality Assurance tools in customer communications.
- To work in partnership with the CEO and HR to determine and then ensure consistency in all employee relations across company, factory standards such as H&S, security, company policies and wage/grade structure.
To develop production schedules based on committed financial forecasts, customer commitments and load/capacity analysis.
To work in conjunction with scheduling/planning and other departments on the timely supply and/or receipt of any parts and/or components to/from other areas of the company.
To be a part of company’s Management Team playing a part in its development and growth.
To drive productivity and financial performance by managing factory level goals.
To assure that product and process qualities are compliant to internal, industry and customer quality standards.
To establish frequent and open communication with the estimating/sales/engineering to insure all customer requirements are noted and satisfied.
To execute reviews based on financial and customer commitments to assure sufficient human and equipment resources are in place to meet customer and company business objectives.
To report on performance to executive team on:
a) Labor contribution margin
b) Scrap
c) Material Usage Variance
d) Gross margins per customer/project
e) OTD
Must possess a responsible and proactive attitude in order to handle assignments in an exemplary manner. Must act as a role model to team members and be recognized as a leader within the company.
To coach, train support and develop a team of flexible, multi skilled employees in accordance with the company vision, values and strategic direction.
Create a vision that reflects the operational, layout, personnel, skills and quality profile to support the company growth profile and goals.
Develop and work with HR to develop job descriptions, skill matrix and training matrix for work categories throughout the factory. In conjunction with the training matrix a gap analysis for each employee is to be developed that includes the time frame for the training to fill the gaps between the skill matrix and the employee’s abilities.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assumes other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed.
- Provides orientation and on-the-job training for subordinates and ensures that the authority and responsibility for each position are defined and understood.
- Ensures that duties, responsibilities, and authority and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.
