Jobs & Jabs: Easton Offering Job Fair And Vaccine Clinic
Still trying to get vaccinated or stuck looking for a job? The town of Easton is trying to make it easier to do both.

EASTON, MA — Next week, the town of Easton will offer a site where you can not only apply for jobs, but also get vaccinated for free.
The town of Easton is pairing with the MassHire Greater Brockton Workforce Board, Easton Chamber of Commerce and area business leaders to bring a job fair with a fully-equipped Covid-19 vaccine clinic.
Registrants are offered the chance to receive their free COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer) from Rite Aid technicians on site and - if they want to, they can engage with local businesses who are currently hiring.

The organizers say that even if you aren't looking for employment, but you are not yet vaccinated, you are still encouraged to pre-register for your vaccine and that engaging with employers on site is entirely voluntary for patients of the clinic.
Some of the employers who will be there will be there with applications on hand are: VHS Transportation, Target, Roche Bros., 99 Restaurants, Old Colony YMCA - Easton Branch, SCU Credit Union, Pets Dream Too, and Stonehill College, Advanced Manufacturing & Integrated Photonics (AMIP) Technician Certificate Program.

The clinic/fair hybrid will be open on Monday, June 28 from 4 -7 p.m. at the Frothingham Hall Community Center, located at 15 Barrows Street, in Easton.
