Lynch, Sullivan Get Easton's Vote For US Senate Primary Races
Sullivan won a close race over Gomez on the Republican side of the ticket.

Easton took part in the U.S. Senate Special State Primary Election Tuesday.
According to unofficial results Republican nominee Michael Sullivan beat fellow candidates Gabriel Gomez and Dan Winslow.
In a close race Sullivan had a total of 408 votes and Gomez received 395. Winslow received 121 votes. There were 4 write-in votes.

On the Democratic ticket, Easton voters selected nominee Stephen Lynch who had 1,055 votes to Ed Markey's 749. There were 2 write-in votes.
Town Clerk Jeremy P. Gillis said that the turnout was "average" for a primary.
