PHOTOS: OA Baseball Qualifies for State Tourney in Win Over Foxborough

Oliver Ames is state tourney bound after earning a 14-5 road win over Foxborough Monday afternoon.

FOXBOROUGH - The Oliver Ames baseball team defeated Foxborough, 14-5 Monday to qualify for the MIAA state tournament.

With the win, the Tigers improve to 10-3 overall and 10-2 in the Hockomock Davenport Division. Foxborough falls to 3-10 overall.

OA broke out of its hitting slump by getting 16 hits. Andrew Mancini led the pack with our hits. Mike McMillan had three and Mike Ferrara, Brad Fleming and Brendan Welch had two.
