Police Log: Woman Attacked By Raccoon, Man Arrested For Breaking and Entering

The following is from the Easton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned they do not indicate convictions.

Wednesday, October 2

11:45 a.m. Larceny (over $250). Talcott Road. Building company employee reports theft of lumber at work site. Report taken. 

7:57 p.m. Breaking and Entering (Residence). Lyman Wheelock Road. Homeowner just returned home to find the house broken into, entry gained through rear window. Anthony Brown, of Brockton was placed under an arrest warrant and later arrested at 10:38 p.m. 

Friday, October 4

4:18 p.m. 
Larceny (under $250). Highland Street. Resident called to report new registration plates were stolen out of his vehicle. Report filed.

6:14 p.m. 
Animal Incident. South Street. Caller reporting she was attacked by a raccoon that bit her on the front of her leg and her thumb.
