Temporary Grant Assistance Is Available For Income-Qualified Easton Renters

Grants are for $800 for a 1-bedroom, $900 for a 2-bedroom, and $1,000 for a 3-bedroom.

Additional funding is now available and the Affordable Housing Trust is continuing its partnership with the Metro West Collaborative non-profit to expand and extend the current temporary grant assistance program for Easton renters not receiving other governmental rental assistance and earning below 80% Area Median Income who have lost income during the ongoing pandemic.

Grants are for $800 for a 1-bedroom, $900 for a 2-bedroom, and $1,000 for a 3-bedroom. New households may apply for 3 months of grant assistance, and currently enrolled households may apply for an additional 3 months upon income recertification. New or extended assistance will begin December 1, 2020.
