1. The Learning Experience in South Easton is hosting a free family fun night on saturday with games, refreshments, music and more. Their mascot, Bubbles the Elephant, will be visiting the South Easton center for some fun entertainment. They will also have a pirate bounce house set up as well as activities and crafts inside of our center.

3. August is just starting and there's more than ever to do at the Borderland State Park. Find out what's happening at Borderland State Park this month.
4. The Easton Lions are holding their fundraising events this year at Gillette Stadium. This week on Friday Aug. 16 they will be at the Patriots vs. Bucs game at 8 p.m. Gillette Stadium offers non-profit clubs the opportunity to volunteer running the concession stands at selected events across the year, at their concession stands. In return the club can raise a lot of money! Ten people are needed per event.
5. The Easton Library is hosting a teen summer reading workshop at 6 p.m. This week, it's for Entering Grade 10: Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck (Required Reading for Grade 10 Honors). Sign up required.
