Vagabond Finishes Strong in the CrossFit East Regional

Vagabond competes for the second straight year

For the second year running, a team of elite, competitive athletes from Vagabond CrossFit, in Easton, MA, qualified for the CrossFit East Regional which took place last weekend at the Times Union Center in Albany, NY. Team members who qualified were: Kevin O'Malley, 31, of Easton, Taylor Poulin, 30, of Easton, Andrew Costantino, 29, of Abington, Kat Austin 37, of Mansfield, Carolyn Regan, 31, of Brockton, and Juliette Marcotti, 23, of Easton.
Team Vagabond placed in the top 1% in the Northeast Region to qualify to attend the East Regional, landing in 12th place out of hundred of teams.

Workouts for the CrossFit East Regional included: handstand push-ups, partner synchronized bar muscle-ups, overhead squats w/ pull-up hang, rowing, running, 420 LB Partner deadlifts, partner synchronized burpees, 50-ft. handstand walk each team member, and rope climbs.

The team, which was sponsored by Forever Fierce apparel and Redline Gear, spent three days competing at the Games, finishing in 28th place after 9 grueling events.
