'We Do Care' To Host First Memorial Walk In Easton
The walk will take place on Saturday, June 12 at Borderland State Park.
EASTON, MA — We Do Care, an organization that empowers widows and their children, will host its first annual Memorial Walk on Saturday, June 12 at Borderland State Park in Easton.
The purpose of the Memorial Walk is to provide strength to those who are struggling with loss and wish to honor the life of someone close to them.
"We Do Care helped both myself and my son at a time when we were lost," said Karen Boudreau, a We Do Care board member who will walk in memory of her husband Brad. "The love and support I get from We Do Care helped me see that there is life after loss. The kid's group helped my son, then 8, to see he was not alone. I can't say enough about We Do Care and the work they do."
