Woman Hurt, Extricated In Easton Crash

A woman was taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton after a two-vehicle crash in Easton.

EASTON, MA — A woman was injured Monday after a vehicle accident in the area of Turnpike and High streets. According to Fire Chief Kevin Partridge, a pickup truck stuck a vehicle on the driver's side door, causing a female driver to be pinned inside the vehicle for some time, until fire officials were able to extricate her. The woman was then transported to Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton.

The Fire Department released information about the crash around 2:30 p.m. Monday. Partridge said the woman stated she had abdominal pain after the accident. He said her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
