Brandon Spikes, the former Patriot, is accused of both in connection with an incident Sunday in which an SUV crashed into a car injuring three family members — and then took off.
Cops say the car belongs to Spikes and that he was the driver. He was cited Friday for leaving the scene of a crash, driving negligently, speeding and failure to stay in lane.
